Today's Class - April 11, 2011

As I indicated might be the case, I am out of town today. So Dan Laster, formerly on the faculty of the law school, a former copyright and business attorney with Microsoft, and currently General Counsel of PATH, will substitute, reviewing the case and statutory law behind these issues.
